Scott Schwefel, your guide for these learning events, founded Minnesota’s largest technology training company in 1995, Benchmark Computer Learning, growing it to over $12,000,000 and then selling his stake in that company in 2003. His company was named one of the 50 fastest growing private companies in Minnesota in 1997 and 1998, and he was named to Minnesota’s 40 under 40 list of successful top executives in the year 2001.  More recently, Scott founded and grew the Insights Discovery business in the Twin Cities to over $3,000,000, and sold it in 2014 back to Insights in Scotland.  

In addition to founding Benchmark Learning and Discover Yourself, Scott Schwefel is also a highly rated Vistage Speaker.  Vistage is the world's largest CEO membership organization, and Scott has taken over 1500 CEOs through his programs. He is also a 4 time published author, has lived remotely with the Hadza and Maasai tribes in Tanzania, and has spoken in Paris, London, Geneva, Amsterdam, Edinburgh, Shanghai and throughout North America.
